Dear CEC Theatre Guests,

In these uncertain times, we wanted to reach out to our valued customers. As the situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety.

As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remain our highest priority. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

  • Our theatre staff are receiving ongoing training to enhance operation protocols.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning of all areas. (including lobbies, door handles, kiosks, bathrooms, seating areas, and self-serve drink fountains etc.)
  • We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with currentsafety recommendations.
  • We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers.
  • We are reinforcing our strict operating policy of not letting employees work while sick.

On that note, we hope that you will be respectful of other guests and not visit our theatre if you are sick. If you have purchased tickets in advance and become ill, please call the theatre that you purchased your tickets and we will gladly issue you a refund so you can visit us at a later date.
